Defrost in a refrigerator Cook time: - 24 hr. Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Once defrosted, use immediately. Oven Defrost Fan 180degC Cook time: - 35 min. Gas 6 Remove from outer packaging, place sauce sachet to one side. Cut open the pouch and decant on to a lined baking tray with raised edges, place near middle of the oven. 30 minutes into cooking time, evenly drizzle the contents of the sauce sachet over the ribs, baste, return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
