Microwave Frozen Cat E 800W Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 6 minutes. Stir, replace film lid, cook for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds. Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving. Oven Frozen Fan 180degC Gas 5 Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 25 minutes into cooking time, stir, cook for a further 10 minutes. Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
