Oven Frozen Fan 180degC Cook time: 45 min. - 50 min. Gas 6 Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray near middle of the oven for 45-50 minutes. Microwave Frozen Cook time: - 10 min. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 10 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
