Boil in the Bag - From Chilled. In the Bag 5 min Remove outer sleeve and place sealed bag into a saucepan of boiling water. Return water to boil over a medium/high heat and simmer. Once reheated, carefully remove from pan and cut open bag.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Does not contain live mussels, some shells may be open when the product is removed from the bag, prior to reheating.; Hob - From Chilled. In a Saucepan 5 Min Remove outer sleeve and open vacuum pouch. Empty contents from vacuum pouch into a saucepan and cover. Heat over a medium/high heat. Stir occasionally during reheating.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 850W 4 min, Cat D 750w 4 min 30 sec Remove sleeve and empty contents from vacuum pouch into a microwavable dish and cover with cling film, piercing twice. Cook on full power for 2 minutes (Cat E/850w), 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750w). Peel back film, stir and re- cover. Cook on full power for a further 2 minutes (Cat E/850w, Cat D/750w).
