Microwave - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Not suitable for oven heating. Do not reheat. 900w 4 min 800w 4 min 30 sec Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 2 minutes (900w), 2 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Peel back film and stir well. Re-cover and heat for a further 2 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir well. Warning When removing film after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. Leave on a plate at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding.
