Oven Frozen Fan 180°C Cook time: - 25 min. Gas 6 For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit. Preheat oven. Remove required number of sausages from packaging. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Grill Frozen Medium Heat Cook time: - 20 min. Preheat grill to medium. Remove required number of sausages from packaging. Place on to the wire rack of a grill tray. Grill for 20 minutes. Turn occasionally, reducing the heat if necessary. Pan Cook Frozen Low Heat Cook time: - 17 min. Spray a non-stick frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray. Place over a low to medium heat. Carefully add required number of sausages. Cook for 17 minutes, turning frequently and reducing the heat if necessary. BBQ Follow chosen instructions and finish on the BBQ
