Oven cook From Frozen For best results, oven cook from frozen. All appliances vary; the following are guidelines only. Pre heat oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6 or fan 180°C. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places. Place container on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven and cook for 35 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir and recover. Cook for a further 20 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Allow Tray To Stand To Regain Rigidity. Check that food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. Take care when removing film lid, as hot steam may escape.
