Cooking instructions

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting. Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking and remove from all packaging to allow meat to reach room temperature. Ensure pan is hot by pre-heating over a high heat before adding a little oil. Season meat and add to the pan. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides. Rare: Fry for 1 minute on each side. Medium: Fry for 2 minutes on each side. Well done: Fry for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat, keep warm, cover and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Storage instructions

Keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours of opening. Do not exceed the date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
