Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 1 hour 35 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Place chicken in its bag into a deep roasting tray in the centre of the oven. Do not open or pierce the bag before cooking. Cook for 1 hour 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and using a pair of scissors carefully cut the bag along the dotted line and remove panel. Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. Take extra care when removing from the oven and opening the bag as it will contain hot cooking juices. Remove and pierce the thickest part of the breast meat with a skewer to check that there is no pink meat and the juices run clear. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving.

Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
