Cooking Instructions - General. How to heat - For best results microwave heat cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Warning During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate or baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing film during and after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Chilled. 900w 5 min 800w 5 min 30 sec Remove sleeve. Peel back film and set sachet aside. Re-cover and place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 3 minutes (900w), 3 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Peel back film and stir components individually. Re-cover and heat for a further 2 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir components well. Drizzle sauce on top of meal before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C Fan 170°C Gas 5 30 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve. Peel back film and set sachet aside. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 15 minutes. Peel back film and stir components individually. Re-cover and heat for a further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir components well. Drizzle sauce on top of meal before serving.
