Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. Pre-heat grill to medium/high heat. Place the steaks under the grill for 12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Once cooked, pour the sauce over the steaks and allow to warm through before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan on a medium/high heat. Fry steaks for 8 minutes turning halfway through cooking. Once cooked, pour the sauce over the steaks and allow to warm through before serving.

Keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours of opening. Do not exceed the date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
