Place the tray onto a baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven for 20 MINUTES. Oven Frozen Fan 200°C Cook time: - 25 min. Gas 6 Set your oven to fan at 200°C/GAS 6 and pre-heat for 10 minutes. Remove from outer carton, using the tab remove from all film. Place the tray onto a baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven for 25 MINUTES. Microwave Frozen Cook time: - 12 min. 800w Set your Microwave to full power, about 800W. Remove from outer carton. Do not pierce or remove film. Place on a microwavable plate and cook for 6 MINUTES. Stand for 1 minute, return to microwave and continue to cook for a further 3 MINUTES. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Film will inflate during cooking. TAKE CARE WHEN OPENING THIS PRODUCT AS THERE MAY BE A BUILD UP OF STEAM!
