Cooking Instructions General This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. These instruction are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. Ensure fish loins are piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Remove product from packaging before cooking. Oven cook From Defrost 1. Defrost the cod loin, covered in a refrigerator, for 12 hours. 2. Preheat oven to Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7. 3. Lightly oil a suitable baking tray and place the cod loin onto the tray. Place the tray onto the middle shelf of the oven and roast the cod for 16 minutes. 4. Allow to stand for 1 minute before consuming. Oven cook From Frozen 1. Preheat oven to Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7. 2. Lightly oil a suitable baking tray and place the cod loin onto the tray. 3. Place the tray onto the middle shelf of the oven and roast the cod for 24 minutes. 4. Allow to stand for 1 minute before consuming. Shallow Fry From Defrost 1. Defrost the cod loin, covered in a refrigerator, for 12 hours. 2. Place a non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and add a tbsp of oil, leave to heat for 2 minutes. 3. Place the cod loin into the pan ensuring that it is placed away from your body. 4. Allow to cook for 3 minutes and then carefully turn the cod loin over and add a tbsp of butter (optional). Allow the cod to continue to cook for a further 3 minutes. 5. Carefully remove the cod loin from the pan and allow to stand for 1 minute before consuming.
