Cooking Instructions General For best results cook from frozen. This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. Ensure fish fillets are piping hot & cooked throughout before serving. Deep Fry From Frozen 1. Remove required amount from packaging. 2. Pre-heat oil to 180°C, deep fry for approximately 6-7 minutes. Oven cook From Frozen 1. Preheat oven to 220°C / Gas mark 7, for fan assisted oven reduce temperature to 200°C. 2. Remove sleeve and film. 3. Place foil tray on a preheated baking tray near the top of the oven for 30-35 minutes. 4. Turn half way through cooking.
