Oven from frozen Instructions: For best results oven cook. 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 30-35 mins Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 30-35 minutes. Turn half way through cooking. Grill Instructions: Temperature: High Place under a pre-heated grill for 23-25 minutes. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if required.

For best results cook from frozen. Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Keep frozen at -18C or cooler.
