Oven from frozen Instructions: 180°C/ Fan 160°C/ Gas 4 25-30 mins Remove tray from packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Microwave from frozen Instructions: 4 mins, 3 mins 30 secs, Frozen (650W)/(750W)/(850W) 800W / 900W 4 mins / 3 mins 30 secs Remove outer packaging, place tray on a microwavable plate. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Take care as the sauce will be hot. Important All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
INGREDIENTS: Sticky Toffee Sauce (27%)(Water, Muscovado Sugar, Coconut Extract, Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Modified Maize Starch, Sugar, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Pectin[Pectin, Sugar], Salt, Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Flavouring, Colour (Plain Caramel)), Wheat Flour ( Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Margarine(Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids)), Date (11%), Muscovado Sugar, Caramelised Pecans ( Pecan Nuts , Sugar), Oats , Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate), Rice Flour, Spices, Sunflower Oil, Salt.
Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 4 1/2 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Keep frozen at -18C or cooler. Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze.
