Defrost in a refrigerator Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Once defrosted, use immediately. Oven Defrost Fan 180°C Cook time: 1 hr. - 1 hr. 20 min. Gas 6 Remove from all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side. Place chicken in an ovenproof dish wing side up, cover loosely with foil. Cook near the middle of the oven. 45 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for a further 15 - 20 minutes. Place unopened sauce sachet in a bowl of hot water. Transfer the chicken onto a serving plate, pour contents of the sauce sachet over the chicken and stand for 5 minutes before serving. Oven Frozen Fan 180°C Cook time: 1 hr. 30 min. - 1 hr. 35 min. Gas 6 Remove from all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side. Place chicken in an ovenproof dish wing side up, cover loosely with foil. Cook near the middle of the oven. 1 hour into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for a further 30 - 35 minutes. Place unopened sauce sachet in a bowl of boiling water. Transfer the chicken onto a serving plate, pour contents of the sauce sachet over the chicken and stand for 5 minutes before serving.
