Cook near the middle of the oven for 1 hour 20 minutes, remove foil and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. Baste halfway through cooking time. Stand for 10 minutes before serving. Oven Frozen Fan 160°C Cook time: - 2 hr. 20 min. Gas 4 Remove outer packaging place sauce sachet to one side. Decant contents of pouch into a deep roasting dish. Cover with foil. Cook in near the middle of the oven for 1 hour 10 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to 180°C/Gas 6, baste and cook for a further 1 hour 10 minutes. Remove foil for a final 10 minutes of cooking. Stand for 10 minutes before serving. Hob Defrost Cook time: - 3 min. Gravy only Empty contents of sauce into a small pan, add 3 tablespoons of meat juices from the roasting dish.
