Cooking Instructions - General. For best results cook from chilled, all appliances vary, the following is for guidance only. Remove all packaging, keeping Chilli Dip separate. Ensure the pakora are piping hot throughout before serving; Deep Fry - From Chilled. Pakora: Deep Fry for 4 minutes at 170°C / 330°F; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F or Gas Mark 4 and bake for 12 minutes, turning once half way through cooking. Do not reheat.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Suitable for home freezing, once defrosted do not refreeze.
