Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 1 hour 10 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove film lid and cover foil tray with foil. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil and return to oven for a further 30 minutes. Baste with juices before serving.

Keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours of opening. Do not exceed the date shown. Suitable for home freezing Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
