Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. Please Remove All Packaging Before Cooking/Defrosting. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 55 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging, including pad and keep basting butter to one side. Place joint on a roasting tray and cook on the middle shelf of the oven for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4 and roast for a further 35 minutes. Towards the end of cooking time melt the basting butter over a medium heat in a saucepan. Remove joint from the oven and pour over the basting butter. Allow to rest for 10 minutes continually basting the joint with the basting butter.

Keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours of opening. Do not exceed the date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze. For Use by See Front of Pack
