Cooking instructions: General As the natural size and thickness of fish may vary and the performance of cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only. Microwave: From Chilled To microwave cook at 750 watts from chilledTotal cook time: 2 minutes 30 seconds. To cook in packet: Remove outer sleeve. Do Not Pierce or remove packaging film. Place pack directly in the microwave and heat on Full Power for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 1 minute in the microwave. Remove covering carefully, as steam may escape. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. Oven cook: From Chilled To cook in a conventional oven or fan oven from chilledTotal cook time: 18 minutes. Preheat oven to 200°C/Gas 6/Fan 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place fish on a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 18 minutes. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. Safety: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.

Keep in the fridge below 5°C. Once opened use within 24 hours and before use by date. If freezing, for best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within use by date. Keep in the freezer below -18°C and consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Thoroughly defrost before cooking.This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted without affecting the quality or safety of the product.
