Oven from frozen Instructions: For best results oven cook from frozen 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7 25-30 mins Place on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes. Turn half way through cooking. Cook to a golden yellow colour. Do not overcook. When cooking smaller portions, reduce cooking time to avoid excess browning. Hob Instructions: PAN FRY Heat 10ml of olive oil in a heavy based frying pan or wok. Add potato and vegetables and fry on a medium heat, stirring continuously for 6 - 8 minutes.
Potato (45%), Onion, Green Pepper, Sunflower Oil, Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Tomato, Garlic, Rapeseed Oil, Parsley, Dextrose, Salt, Black Pepper.
Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Keep frozen at -18C or cooler.
