Cooking Instructions - General. Warning Meat requires thorough cooking before consumption. Not suitable for microwave cooking from frozen. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Grill Medium - season and lightly oil steaks, place under a pre-heated medium grill and cook for 8-12 minutes turning occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Fry Medium - season the steaks, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Add steaks, reduce heat to medium and cook for 6-8 minutes turning occasionally. Allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Keep refrigerated. Once opened consume within 24 hours and by use by date. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost in a refrigerator overnight. As a result, when opening, you may notice a faint odour which will quickly disperse. On contact with the air the meat will take on a brighter appearance. This is a natural process called blooming.
