Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Cat E 850w 4 min 30 sec, Cat D 750w 5 min Remove pouch from outer packaging. Place on a microwaveable plate and pierce several times. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes (Cat E/850w, Cat D/750w). Remove from the microwave and shake gently from side to side. Return to the microwave and heat on full power for a further 1 minute 30 seconds (Cat E/850w), 2 minutes (Cat D/750w). Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5, 35 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove pouch from outer box and empty onto a baking tray and cover with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove foil and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.

Keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours of opening. Do not exceed the date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
