Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from either chilled or frozen. Pre heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Before cooking: Remove sleeve, film lid and cover with foil. Place foil container onto a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven for 2 hours if cooking from frozen, or 1 hour 30 minutes if cooking from chilled. During cooking: Remove foil , pour off excess juice and if cooking from frozen return to the oven for a further 1 hour, or 25 minutes if cooking from chilled, basting joint occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork or skewer. Leave joint to rest for at least 10 minutes before carving. All appliances vary.
