Defrost thoroughly and stir well before and after heating. Cooking instructions: General Shake well before heating, this soup may separate over life. These instructions are a guide. Hob: From Chilled Heat gently for 5 1/2 mins, stirring frequently. Please do not boil. Microwave: From Chilled (Cat E 850w): Remove lid and replace loosely. Heat for 4 1/2 mins, stirring half way through. Careful it's hot, stand for 1 min.
