Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film and set sauce sachet to one side. Spread the chicken out in foil tray and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. During cooking: Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for further 10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. To serve place chicken on warm serving plates, mix sauce and cooking juices and pour over the chicken.
