Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled: Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6. Remove the film and place the foil tray on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. During cooking: Cook in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot, juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Stir before serving. All cooking appliances vary.
