Oven Instructions: Vegan Dinner: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 40-45 mins Place Wicked Wellington on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the film from the tray with roast potatoes and roasted carrots & parsnips with thyme, decant the potatoes onto a pre-heated baking tray and place the tray with the carrots and parsnips alongside this in the oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn the roast potatoes and carrots & parsnips. Remove the film lid from the stuffing balls and cocktail bangers and place on a baking tray. Add both to the oven and heat for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove everything from the oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving. The Wellington pastry should be golden brown and flaky. Microwave Instructions: Vegan Dinner: 800W/900W 2 mins 30 secs / 2 mins Pierce the film lid on the vegetable mix and place in the microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds (800W) / 2 minutes (900W). 800W/900W 2 mins 20 secs / 1 min 50 secs Loosen the lid on the gravy and place in the microwave for 1 minute 50 seconds (800W) / 1 minute 20 seconds (900W). Stir and re-cover. Heat for further 30 seconds (800W/900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir before serving. Christmas Pudding: 800W/900W 50 secs /40 secs Leave in plastic basin and pierce film lid several times. Heat on full power for 50 seconds (800W) / 40 seconds (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Remove the film lid and turn upside down onto a plate. Brandy Sauce: 800W/900W 2 mins 20 secs / 1 min 50 secs To serve hot, loosen the lid on the brandy sauce and place in the microwave for 1 minute 50 seconds (800W) /1 minute 20 seconds 900W). Stir and re-cover. Heat for further 30 seconds (800W/900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir before serving. Steam Instructions: Christmas Pudding: For best results steam. 30 mins Leave in basin with film lid on. Place the basin in a steamer over boiling water and steam for 30 minutes. Ensure the water does not enter the pudding. Do not allow the steamer to boil dry. Remove the film lid and turn upside down onto a plate.
Keep refrigerated. Not suitable for home freezing.
