Oven Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 30 mins Empty contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil and shred chicken with 2 forks before returning to oven, uncovered, for a further 10 minutes. Hob Instructions: For best results cook on the hob. 8-10 mins Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan. Heat gently for 8-10 minutes until piping hot, stirring occasionally and shredding the chicken with a fork as it cooks. Do not allow to boil.
INGREDIENTS: Chicken Thigh (42%), Tomato, Borlotti Beans (8%), Haricot Beans (8%), Water, Onion, Green Pepper, Sundried Tomato Purée [Sundried Tomatoes, Tomato Purée, Salt], Sugar, Caramelised Onion [Onion, Brown Sugar, Sunflower Oil], Concentrated Orange Juice, Roasted Garlic Purée, Cornflour, Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Salt, Garlic Powder, Garlic, Tomato Powder, Onion Powder, Yeast Extract, Parsley, Red Chilli Purée, Orange Zest, Black Pepper, Basil, Chilli Powder, Oregano, Colour (Paprika Extract), Carrot Juice, Onion Purée, Mushroom, Rapeseed Oil, Leek, Parsnip, Lovage, Turmeric Powder, Lemon Oil, Thyme, White Pepper.
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. Keep refrigerated.
