Oven Instructions: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 2hrs 45mins Pre-heat oven. Put turkey thigh pouch to one side. Remove bag from turkey crown and place in its tray onto a ovenproof tray. Put in the oven, cook for 2 hours Remove crown from oven to rest covered tightly in foil Decant cooked turkey thigh and all liquor into tray provided (skin side up) and cook for 45 minutes Carve meat from stuffed crown and thighs and serve together.

Stuffed Turkey Thighs: Turkey Thigh (85%), Pork Sage & Onion Stuffing [Pork, Onion, Water, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Sage, Sugar, Pea Fibre, Salt, Parsley, Stabiliser (Tetrasodium Diphosphate, Disodium Diphosphate), Dextrose, Bamboo Fibre, White Pepper, Nutmeg, Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite ), Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Colour (Paprika Extract)].
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 21 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
