Oven Instructions: Remove sleeve and top film. Place gravy sachet to one side. No need to wash poultry before cooking. OVEN 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 Chilled:1hr 30 mins. Keep the joint in the foil tray and place on a roasting tin in the centre of a pre-heated oven. 15 - 20 minutes before the end of cooking baste joint with juices and decant gravy from sachet over the joint to cook for the remaining time. When cooked, leave joint to rest and cover in foil for 20 minutes. Once rested remove joint from foil, carve joint and pour gravy over the sliced meat. If required pour all juices and gravy into a small pan and bring to simmer over a medium heat to warm through when serving. Microwave Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
