Cooking Instructions - General. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Take care when removing film lid and decanting product as contents will be hot.; Microwave - From Chilled. 700w Cat D Full Power: 4 mins; Stand for 1 min: 3 1/2 mins; Stand for 2 mins in microwave 800w Cat E Full Power: 3 1/2 mins; Stand for 1 min: 3 1/2 mins; Stand for 2 mins in microwave 900w Cat E Full Power: 3 1/2 mins; Stand for 1 min: 3 mins; Stand for 2 mins in microwave; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to: 190°C / Fan 170°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5. Heat for 30 mins.

Keep refrigerated. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly and follow heating instructions provided. Once thawed do not refreeze.
