Power (Watts): 800, Heat (Minutes): 4 1/2, Stand (Minute): 1 Power (Watts): 900, Heat (Minutes): 4, Stand (Minute): 1 Stir thoroughly and leave to stand for 1 minute, making sure your food is piping hot before tucking in!; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. Remove outer packaging & pierce film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf for: 190°C: 25 minutes Fan 170°C: 20 minutes Gas 5: 25 minutes Stir thoroughly and leave to stand for 1 minute, making sure your food Is piping hot before tucking in!

For use by date: see top of pack. Keep refrigerated, once opened use immediately. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for Freezing Freeze as soon as possible and within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not re-freeze.
