Cooking Instructions - General. How to cook - For best results microwave from chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Leave on a plate/baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. 900w 5 min, 800w 5 min 30 sec Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate in the microwave and cook on full power for 3 minutes (900w), 3 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Partially peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover. Continue to heat on full power for a further 2 minutes (900w, 800w). Stir well before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. 900w 3 min, 800w 3 min 30 sec Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate in the microwave and cook on full power. Stir well before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5 35-40 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Stir well before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5 20 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Stir well before serving.
Cooked Wholewheat Spaghetti (34%) (Water, Durum Wholewheat Semolina), Water, Tomato Passata (9%), Onion, Carrot, Tomato (5%), Tomato Purée, Soya flour, Cornflour, Garlic Purée, Yeast Extract, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Barley Malt Extract, Oregano, Black Pepper
Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Use within 1 month and cook from frozen. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
