Cooking instructions

Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6 50 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and set aside sachet for later use. Place joint from pouch into an ovenproof dish, pouring remaining juices over top of joint. Cook in centre of oven for 45 minutes, basting halfway through cook. Pour the sachet of sauce over the joint until evenly coated. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. Serve. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

Pork Belly (80%), Honey Glaze Sachet (13%) (Honey, Water, Lemon Juice, Cornflour, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic Powder, Salt, Yellow Mustard Seed, Acid (Citric Acid), Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum)), Sugar, Mustard Powder, Maize Starch, Salt, Black Pepper, Lemon Peel, Cayenne Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme, Turmeric, Flavouring, Parsley, Barley Malt Powder, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Lemon Oil

Storage instructions

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
