Cooking instructions

Oven cook - From Chilled. Please remove all packaging before cooking/ defrosting. Ideal for roasting. Pre-heat oven to 220c/425F/gas mark 7. Season the meat with a little salt and rub with a little oil. Place in a roasting tray and cook on the middle shelf of the oven. Roast for 20 mins at 220c then reduce the temp to 160c for 17 mins per 500g for rare, 22 mins per 500g for medium and 28 mins per 500g for well done. Once cooked cover, keep warm and allow to rest for 15-20 mins before carving. Cooking appliances may vary. These instructions are given only as a guide.
