Cooking Instructions General For best results pan fry from defrost. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Cooking time may vary slightly due to size and thickness of portion. Remove all packaging, defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Oven cook From Frozen Preheat oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Wrap loosely in foil. Place on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Shallow Fry From Defrost Preheat frying pan to a medium-high heat. Add a little oil into preheated pan, fry skin side down over a medium-high heat for 9-10 minutes, turn over fillets and fry for further 6-9 minutes.
