Defrost in a refrigerator Cook time: - 48 hr. Remove carton and foil tray, leave in paper wrap, place on a tray with raised edges. Defrost in a refrigerator for 48 hours. Drain before cooking. Once defrosted, use immediately. Oven Defrost Fan 160°C Cook time: - 2 hr. 15 min. Gas 4 Place in a roasting tin near the middle of the oven for 2 hours 15 minutes. Stand for 10 minutes, remove string before carving. For crispier skin, open paper wrap after cooking time and return to oven for a further 5 minutes. Oven Frozen Fan 160°C Cook time: - 3 hr. 30 min. Gas 4 Remove carton and foil tray, leave in paper wrap. Place in a roasting tin near the middle of the oven for 3 hours 30 minutes. Stand for 10 minutes, remove string before carving.
