Cooking Instructions General The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Cooking time may vary slightly due to size and thickness of portion. Remove all packaging, defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted. For best results cook from defrosted. Oven cook From Defrost Preheat oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C/ Gas 7. Lightly oil a suitable baking tray. Place the tray onto the middle shelf of the oven and roast the cod for 14-16 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before consuming. Oven cook From Frozen Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Place loins on foil, dot with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap loosely in foil and place on baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
