Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place duck legs in a roasting tin on the middle shelf of the oven. After cooking: Remove from oven and rest for 15 minutes in a warm place before serving. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Warnings: Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use. Wash hands after handling raw poultry. Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. Don't wash raw duck.
