Cooking instructions: Barbeque To barbecue: For a more authentic flavour and appearance, cook as suggested and then transfer immediately onto a barbecue and cook until browned. Cooking instructions: Grill To grill from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat grill to high heat. Remove all packaging and place steaks on grill pan. During cooking: Place on the middle shelf of oven and grill on high heat for 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from grill and drizzle the sauce over the belly slices. Return to the grill and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Spoon any remaining sauce over product prior to serving.
