Cooking instructions: other To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Allow steaks to reach room temperature. Rub 5ml vegetable oil and season with pinch salt and pepper. Preheat frying pan to a high heat. During cooking: For best results the pan must be hot. Cook for 2 minutes each side.
