Directions for use Wash before first use and grease lightly for best results. Suitable for use in the oven up to 230ºC/450ºF/Gas Mark 8. Not usable for use on the hob-top, under the grill, in the microwave or in the freezer. Always use oven gloves when removing from a hot oven. Care instructions Dishwasher safe - Allow to cool before washing and loosen any burnt-on food by soaking in hot soapy water before washing. Do not use abrasive cloths or scourer cleaners which can damage the non-stick coating. Always dry thoroughly and immediately after washing. Do not use metal utensils and never cut food on the non-stick surface. The coating can be damaged by heating when empty or by temperatures beyond that for which the product is designed.
