Cooking instructions: ShallowFry Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat frying pan on a medium heat with 15ml of oil then add the fillets skin side down. During cooking: Cook for 5-6 minutes on a moderate heat turning once during cooking. After cooking: Remove the sea bass to a warm plate and gently melt butter in the pan. Drizzle over the fish to serve. As the natural size and thickness of the fish and performance of cooking appliances may vary, these are guidelines only. Always check the product is piping hot before serving. Warnings: To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, please defrost thoroughly before cooking.
