Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set aside sauce sachet for later use. Place beef into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil. Place onto a baking tray on the top shelf of oven and cook for 30 minutes. During cooking: Remove beef from the oven and add sachet of sauce to cooking juices around beef and stir gently. Place tray back in the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes. After cooking: Remove from the oven. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
