Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place the sauce sachet to one side. Place product into foil tray. Cover with foil. Place in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. During Cooking: Remove from oven and remove foil. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. After cooking: Warm up sauce sachet separately and serve with the hog roast. Place the sauce sachet in a cup of boiling water until warm. Check food is piping hot. Do not re-heat.
