Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. 200°C. Fan 180°C. Gas 6. 25 mins. Before cooking: Preheat the oven. Remove the bag from the carton. Without opening, carefully separate the fillets through the bag and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Allow enough room for the bag to double in size during cooking. After cooking: Leave to stand for 1 minute. Gently shake the bag to coat fish in the sauce. Cut along the length of the bag with scissors and remove the fillets with a fish slice.
