Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Place the sauce sachet to one side. Place product into foil tray. Cover with foil. Place in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. During Cooking: Remove from oven. Remove foil and pour off the cooking liquid. Shred the meat with 2 forks. Open sachet of sauce. Coat shredded pork with the sauce and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Do not re-heat.
